Vacancy: Java programmer

Requirements:

  1. 1. Male/Female below 30 years old
  2. 2. Excellent knowledge about mobile phones and their capabilities.
  3. 3. Excellent in Java programming, Object-Oriented Analysis, and Design.
  4. 4. Excellent in J2ME/j2SE
  5. 5. Familiar with UNIX and Linux system.
  6. 6. Well familiar with the open source project e.g. Jakarta project, Netbeans, Eclipse, MySQL etc.
  7. 7. Understanding of wireless technologies and enthusiastic to learn new things.
  8. 8. Membership in development communities of handset manufacturers will be an advantage.
  9. 9. Experience with Sprite,J2MEPolish,WMA.JSR 75 will be an advantage
  10. 10. Some experience in Wireless or VAS industry will be an advantage.
  11. 11. Strong work ethic
  12. 12. Self-disciplined enough to work alone; ability to work in groups with ease and comfort
  13. 13. Creative problem solving skills
  14. 14. Talented fresh grads with Java programming experience are welcome too.

Coba kita analisa.

1) No 1. Dibawah 30 tahun. Diharapkan pelamar belum menikah. Artinya, diharapkan pelamar bisa digaji serendah mungkin. Kalau bisa digaji UMR. Perih!

2) No 2, 3, 4, 5, 9. Hah! Mintanya kebanyakan... Mustahil ada yang bisa semuanya. Apalagi kalau dilihat no 14. Ketahuan banget nih perusahaan ga ada duitnya. Maunya cari yang jago, tapi bisa dibayar murah!

3) No 6. Familiar dengan Netbeans dan Eclipse => Kecil kemungkinan. Biasanya jika suka pakai salah satu tool, sudah ogah ganti yang lain.

4). No 3. Kalau ga ngerti, dah kebangetan. Jadi seharusnya ga perlu dicantumin di Requirements List.

5). No 12. Haha. That's a joke. Kalo dah kerja sendiri, yang ada main counter strike atau Command and Conquer. Yipiii, ga ada boss...

6) No 13. Creative problem solving skills equals creative making problem skills. Semua pelamar pasti kreatif dalam memecahkan masalah. Tapi realitanya, semua pelamar juga kreatif menutupi masalah (baca: error program) Hahaha...
